Dana Toscano-Harder is President and Operator of INDEP Chicago, a Contractor’s Advocacy firm. INDEP offers operational, strategic and capacity building support services to small and diverse businesses, government entities, community partners and assist agencies. Dana’s background boasts over 20 years of experience in construction project management. Her diverse professional experience gives her a unique and thoughtful perspective to all sides of building a project and developing and maintaining relationships.
