Tips on how to make networking less awkward!

Many of you keep hearing from career coaches or mentors that 80% of jobs are found through networking. It’s about who you know. If you are someone who hates networking or is super uncomfortable with the idea of networking, you may be feeling like there is no hope. How will I position myself to new opportunities? As someone who has struggled with networking and experiences social anxiety, I will tell you that there is hope and all you may need is to reframe how you approach networking by making meaningful connections.
In this episode I share strategies on how to step out of your comfort zone and make networking less daunting and awkward. I share examples of both virtual and in-person scenarios.
