Using your strengths to establish your personal brand

Today we are talking about personal branding.  It is essential to be aware of our personal brand and to be cognizant if we are truly conveying that brand  through our actions, social media presence, work activities, communication and more. While our personal brand is essentially our reputation, is important to be able to articulate and intentionally showcase our brand in various aspects of our career including during a job interview, crafting a cover letter, writing a personal statement, asking for letters of recommendations, asking someone to be a reference, and having a positive online presence - our brand is intertwined in all of this. Part of this is having an in-depth understanding of our strengths and what we contribute to our world of work and those that we serve.  In this episode, I invite Linda Evans,  strengths-based career coach, speaker, and writer who specializes in personal branding where we focus the conversation around using your strengths in establishing your personal brand.
